Sunday, December 23, 2018 - Tasted over two days. Markedly worse on day two (more mellow finish, restrained nose). On day one it had aromas of apricot, pear, cinnamon, followed by an astonishing structure of high acid (two peaks), warm spice and a saline finish which lasted a very long time.
