Monday, August 31, 2020 - A gathering of great wine and beef (Chez moi): From a bottle recently Coravin'd. Whoa, do I adore this wine! So redolent of figs, so impeccably balanced and an incomparably wonderful mouthfeel. Paired reasonably well with peach galette but I prefer this solo.
