Saturday, June 1, 2019 - Light straw yellow colour. Flint, salt sea, lemons and green apples on the nose. Taste of green apples, lemons, sea salt and minerals. Long and salty finish. Good and fresh acidity. A good Chablis Villages. Goes well with shellfish or fish.
