Saturday, December 12, 2009 - Ate with a Honey and Rosemary Creme Brulee with Carrot Foam. A year and a half later, I'm still thinking about that Creme Brulee, but have forgotten the wine. Wasn't bad, just not a memorable Sauternes/Barsac.
