Tuesday, March 20, 2018 - Bright, clear straw gold. White, quickly dissipating mousse. Baked apple and straw on the nose and palate. Biright acidity. Medium-light body. A tasty sparkling bargain at around $13 ($10 in states that don’t run alcohol monopolies), and a nice opportunity to drink a bit of history.
