Friday, February 21, 2020 - Light citrus nose with pleasant yeasty notes. Very fine, plentiful bead. Crisp lemon/lime fruit, notes of thyme and brioche. Lovely mineral notes. Finishes long and clean, crisp, lemony. Disgorged May 25, 2018.
