Friday, April 20, 2018 - Pop and pour and tasted with food (rigatoni in a sauce of cauliflower, proscuitto and friend tomato paste, in case you were wondering).
Light purple-ruby color. Clear.
Nose of red berries and a hay/grass like note.
Fresh red berries and citrus (lime zest) on the intro. Palate cleaning acidity.
This was served cellar temp (55F) and was better at the cooler temp. As it warmed, the acidity was more prominent.
