Saturday, January 6, 2024 - Still has a lot of bright red color. No brown. Initial nose of baking spices, licorice and dark berries. Tart berries on initial taste. After an hour I got some leather on the nose. The tannins came out. The wine has a dry mouth feel. The tannins sort of over powered the fruit for me. It's a nice wine. I think it could easily aged another 1-3 years.
