Petrol and grapefruit on the nose, grassy, with spearmint and tropical fruit, honeydew melon.. I was especially pleased with the acidity in 2016, nothing flabby at all.

This paired excellently with hamachi crudo and a green leaf salad with shallot vinaigrette.
