Tuesday, April 27, 2021 - Brilliant magenta color with a bright rim and big legs. Nose of raspberry, cherry, and floral notes. Bold palate of red plum, earth, iron, garrigue, bell pepper, and peppered beef. Finish seems a bit muddled, with grainy tannins, clay, dried red fruits, and a note of red pepper on the lingering finish. Definitely a food wine.
