Friday, June 25, 2010 - This is how Chatoneuf should taste. Decanted for only 30 min --> too lillte. 1-2 houers will suit it. Dark coloue. Nose of rasberry, blackberries, liqorice and more. Very rich and big bodied. Long aftertaste. Enjoied with Dr. Rislin who brought the bottle. OT
