Thursday, April 17, 2014 - 2nd day open. Classic VT nose with raisins, plums, tobacco, leather and vanilla. Palate fleshed out a bit overnight. Cherry, plum, dried herbs, raisins and cinnamon. Structure is still well balanced with the fruit, does not overpower but more time or a rich rare piece of meat would be nice here.
