Friday, June 12, 2015 - More of a personal note / reminder, but the wine was about where I'd expect it to be at age 10. The tight coil has loosed quite a bit over the past several years and the wine can now be enjoyed with a meal. This particular bottle will easily hold another 10 years and improve for at least another 5. Hold for five more years if you prefer VT on the smooth cherry liquor side of things, which I do.
