Friday, November 16, 2007 - So much potential!!!!. After decanting for about 2hrs, the first taste was dominated by rich peppercorns at the front followed by beautiful vanilla poached plums. The spiciness dropped off a bit, but was replaced by balance throughout the palate. Definitely one to lokk at over the next few years
