On the palate, it is masculine, with in particular a smoked bacon which dominates. Yet the juice is not that powerful, but this very animalistic side, coated with kirsch is not really my favorite style, although I do recognize the structure and balance in the wine on a pleasant stony finish.
It's very good, not my style, but an instructive experience
