SARED Does not like this wine:

Monday, July 29, 2019 - Nose: purple raspberry, red strawberry, subtle rose potpurrie

Palate: zesty high acid but not sour. Crystalline dark red fruit that come off high toned with all the acid.

Structure: Big acid backbone with a fine, medium grippy finish.

Some say the perception of acid softens with time, in which case this wine will be killer in 15 years. Otherwise, I find this as soft crystalline purple fruit with high acid (and I dont lobe high acid wines)
