Monday, November 13, 2017 - 2017 Villa d’Este Wine Symposium - Kelly and Kevin's excellent adventure; 11/9/2017-11/14/2017 (Villa D’este, Lake Como and Milan): Fully mature nose, a hint of licorice, light caramel, a bit of mature Chenin, burnt sugar, oyster jus and oyster shell. Fully mature palate, slightly oily, oyster shell, caramel, bright acidity and a medium finish. Fully mature and drinking surprisingly well. Good match with the Risotto Milanese.
