Saturday, May 1, 2021 - Came back to this a few times. Really needed air to open up as at first it was rather creamy with toast notes, with oak influence standing out. Later, this developed some intriguing depth on the note, more toast but with some flint notes and golden fruit notes. Lengthy finish. Impressive pairing with scallops.
