Thursday, November 16, 2023 - My first Rousseau Chambertin and Im not disappointed but I did not rate it 100 pointer because it still need a lot of ageing time. At this moment, if tasted blind, it’s hard to understand why this wine command such exorbitant price. But the magic will begin once this wine reach a suitable drinking time. For me, if it's a treat from friend, do not open this wine and keep it as long as you can (if possible without any temptation).
