Saturday, June 8, 2019 - Chris Ringland pop-up tasting (Terroir Tribeca): Another very intense wine. It had been opened and decanted a few hours before. This felt like it needed just a lot more time. It's darker red fruits. There's still some balance. Really springs out of the glass at you. There's some interesting notes here. While intense and kindof ripe there's this fun sour note too. Even in the five to ten minutes I had it in the glass it was shifting and changing. Will give ours many years (at least 20).
