Tuesday, September 24, 2019 - Bibendum Portfolio Tasting 2019: From half bottle. Mint, lime, lemon and honey. Palate is delicate even with the sweet undertones. Structure is folded in nicely, still supporting but integrated. Really like the profile of this. Should continue developing but also in a nice spot now.
