Saturday, November 16, 2019 - My first still Gringet. So far I had only the sparkling version. Nose of pure, crispy apples, quince and some sponti nose. Good acidity, minerality, medium body and some creaminess with time. Not 💯% sure, if Gringet performs better as a sparkling wine, but this is really good.
