Beautifully integrated complex nose displaying subtle clean bright red fruit, raspberry water, sous bois, strong spearmint, grilled cep, a hint of truffle, grilled fat, cola and mineral. Perfectly integrated weightless palate, reminiscence of candied red fruit, silky and sensual, perfect amount of acidity and mineral, and a seamless clean candied red fruit driven finish with strong spearmint at the end. For some tasters, this is the wine of the tasting. For my palate, spearmint is a very minor distraction.
