Wednesday, April 10, 2019 - Full nose that is delightful, but we can't identify beyond a lovely tart fruit. And something non-fruit, probably bittersweet chocolate. Nice balance of sweet and acid on a medium-long finish. Very good with mushroom ravioli, dark mushroom sauce, chicken breast and broccolini.
