Thursday, November 24, 2022 - The 1999 Clape Cornas is again excellent tonight, age having tamed but not erased its savage, savory nature. Blackberry, menthol, and bloody game preludes a softening palate with surprising lightness carrying full-bodied dark fruit flavors. Very good.
