Saturday, September 25, 2021 - This is a breathtaking wine! Gorgeously expressive perfumed of violets, lavender, black & blue cherries, hints of spearmint, citrus and fresh herbs. Stunning mouthfeel silky smooth, fine-grained tannins, great, great finish, it keeps singing a couple more minutes aftertaste. I so much love the elegance, balance, length of the legendary Sassicaia. The 2016 is a pure pleasure to enjoy now, 98-99 today and should elevate to greater potential after 2026.
This wine is truly the blood of Jupiter, every sip is a sublime I was left speechless. Out of the world!

It appears your prefer younger more powerful wines while my preference has always been for more feminine elegant wines and older evolved ones, hence the user name.
