97 Points

Sunday, November 24, 2019 - 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc. 14% alcohol.

This has to be one of the most delicious aromas ever from a Tuscan wine. Fantastically nuanced and detailed with gorgeous roses, violets, cherries, plums, light sweet spices, anise and nut. Really super delicious!

Full bodied and fresh wine that quickly charms with delicious fresh cherries, plums, juicy raspberries, ripe blueberries and a little vanilla. The wine could have had a bit more power, but has a brilliant acidity and tannin structure that provides perfect freshness and bite to the wine that will have a long life in the cellar in front of it. Lovely and long finish with distinct graphite feeling. Superb Sassicaia. 97 points.
