Monday, April 17, 2023 - Age and drink ability lifts this wine up. Decanted for an hour+ and it tasted so smooth we thought the Shiraz was blended with another wine. We all agreed this was a wine that needed food, albeit pleasant to drink. TY Scott and Mary.
