Thursday, May 23, 2019 - Drank this beautiful mature Cab last evening with grilled beef tenderloin. Delicious mature dark fruit, earth and graphite. Amazingly, this 18 year old Cab still has some unresolved tannin. Drink now or hold for further development. I am happy to have 4 more in the cellar.
