Sunday, April 21, 2024 - Aroma of cooked fruits, chocolate, perhaps some mint / garrigue. Gentle tannins, nicely balanced acidity. Delicious with mixed grill of chicken, beef and vegetables. Not over the hill, but perhaps time to pop one if you still have one.
