Saturday, March 23, 2024 - I’m a big fan of Envínate but this is not my favourite cuvée. To me, this feels more elegant in style (a little Pinot Noir, a little Nebbiolo) with a touch of oak, and I like Envínate for their slightly more rustic yet saline bistro wines.
