Monday, May 8, 2006 - Casual Burgundy Dinner, Wine Mostly Served Blind (Carlos - Highwood, IL): Tasted blind. Showing a hint of age on the nose. Very good fruit remains rich on the palate, but without the length or nuance I would hope for. Very good minerality and acidity provide energy on finish. Others liked this better than I did tonight. Drink up if you own this.
