Saturday, November 20, 2021 - This Monbousquet was drinking surprisingly well. 30 minutes of air and it drank well for 5 hours. Medium length on finish, nicely resolved tannins, notes of spice, tobacco, lead pencil. Drinking well know and most likely at peak, but should hold for several years.
