Decant in bottle for 45mins
Color of red ruby and deep purple, crystal clarity. This wine emerge a nose of profound oak, old leather, riped balanced of red and black fruits, red and black raspberries, blueberry, strawberry and some cherries, heated spices, toasted fresh herbs and slight pencil shavings. Though the tannins is rather strong and firm, but approachable and mellow down after 90-100 mins. Mid palate medium to full, rich blend of Grenache & Syrah, palate mainly echo the nose, with a hint of bitter sweet towards finish. Acidity is well balanced and blended into the wine structure. Finish is of medium length, 40+ secs. Though approachable now, could further develop over next 2-3 years, enjoy for 3-5 years there after. 90 pts
