Friday, April 12, 2024 - A very tasty Napa Valley Cabernet ready for imbibing! Plenty of delicious black raspberry and purple plum fruit flavors. Acidity and tannins are quite nicely balanced at this point. Very enjoyable and would pair quite well with this summer's barbecue fare. It's interesting that I and others had thought that this wine had peaked or was at near-peak over 2 years ago. As fans of Penn and Teller would note, this tasty CS had "Fooled Us"!
