Friday, December 11, 2020 - Sangria colored. Aromas of red fruits intermingle with spice and floral notes and it ends up being pleasureable, albeit a bit indistinct. On the palate dark red fruit, that is with some tart notes (rhubarb/pomegranite) with some black licorice on the finish. The acidity and tannins seem to stick out more than in the 0% and 25% whole cluster wines.
12.6% alc., pH 3.80, TA 0.6
