Monday, September 4, 2023 - Coravinned and decided it did not have the structure to stand up to my Tri tip. Opened tonight to have with some cheese as a little snack and it is just perfect. Delicate for a zin but brr nice complexity, super smooth tannins leaving a faint hint of leather. Really nice!
