Monday, April 6, 2020 - This is absolutely stunning! Beautiful aromatics with lots of exotic herbs and eucalyptus. Tobacco emerges with air and dark cassis fruit as well as cocoa. Winemaker notes highlight adobo pepper which you really do get if you’re looking for it. It all finishes with a round creamy mouthful. Truly a stunning wine that I can see attaining a perfect score in 5 years time as it gains complexity. Their Midas Touch continues at James Cole!
