Wednesday, January 1, 2020 - PNP. cork perfect. this shows some reduction on opening so decanted - then again - with that air it blew off. color dark ruby. nose has black raspberry and not much else. swishing this shows considerable structure with both acid and tannin, but the fruit is showing strongly. Sipping this shows this to be a big boned fruit laden wine but the alcohol is not big and the structure keeps this from seeming heavy in any way. this is very good wine.
