2015 Faiveley Pinot Noir Bourgogne

Saturday, February 20, 2021 - Improving since the last time I drank one. Still austere and closed, but quite drinkable with the right food; salmon or cheese. Decanted and had the rest the next day with wild rice soup. No great improvement, but that leads me to cellar the remaining bottles for 2 more years. Should be a 90+pts wine by then. Bourgognes I have had do improve after 7 years.
