Thursday, September 20, 2018 - The wine is medium gold in the glass with a viscous quality. On the nose there’s peach, apple, and minerality. The palate features peach, pineapple, creme brûlée, and a sweet minerality. There’s an oak presence as well, though not overwhelming. Medium lemony acidity pervades the experience with a medium finish. Very nice, distinctive chardonnay but as good as Betwixt's pinots are, we were expecting a bit more complexity, elegance.
