Monday, July 31, 2023 - This was easily the best showing of the trio of Young Hagen pinots I have had: 2013, '14 and now '15, all of which were drunk a few years younger. This bottle was quite aromatically expressive, nice balance, and no notable heat. It was a bit lighter in weight than the Rivers Marie pinot, and perhaps showing more pinot character, though not quite as intense in flavor.
