Wednesday, December 1, 2021 - (Mostly) Spätlese dinner at Proxi (Chicago, IL): #03-80. I had really high hopes for this bottle, as my last bottle of this was absolutely splendid. Alas this bottle wasn't anywhere close to that. An odd resin note dominates on the nose and palate. Not much by way of weight on the palate either; just thin and acidic.
