Sunday, November 26, 2023 - Quick decant. Bright red cherries on the nose with roasted mushroom, sandalwood, and leather. Red plum palate with load of incense, white pepper, saddle leather, and iron flakes. Tobacco leaf and taut tannins on the finish with red fruit skns, red leather, and oak. Quite complex, with plenty of stuffing to age further.
