Wednesday, January 20, 2021 - Pale yellow in color, high acid. An elegant nose with white peach, caramelized citrus peel, flinty and a bit salty, fresh citrus and mineraly on the palate. Medium finish. I’ll wait with the other bottle for 3-5 years
