Sunday, June 24, 2018 - Deep garnet color, translucent, and nice clarity. Smells are sassafras, tar, cranberries, cherry, sweet spice, and dill. Tastes are cherries, raspberries, tea, dill, and light hint of cracked black pepper. Good weight and texture with satins tannins and good acids but some heat.
