Wednesday, December 9, 2020 - Lots of dark cherry and plum flavors. Tannins are a little big, which is to be expected from a Burgundy that is too young to be consumed. Faint hint of oak rounds out the flavors. Very enjoyable, I will save the remaining bottles for several (5+) years down the road to give this time to integrate.
