Sunday, July 2, 2023 - Wow, opened a magnum of this beautiful wine for my 55th bday. DG 06/2017, made of 80% Chardonnay and 20% PN.
Lovely, drinking so nicely right now, showing citrus, green apple, chalk, salinity, white pepper and lime. Gorgeous acidity and crisp, long finish that is regal and all-enveloping.
Drink now through 2028+. Gorgeous.
