Sunday, July 18, 2021 - Compared to other California Sauv Blanc's this holds it own (not quite to the level of Lail) but very enjoyable - my question is why did I rush to open this...WAIT - at least two more years. The mild citrus (grapefruit) along with the mild acidity (and low brics) make this wine so enjoyable. But did I say WAIT?
