Wednesday, December 7, 2022 - Deep ruby color. Pronounced aromas of blackberry, blueberry, herbs. Medium acidity and tannins. Pronounced flavors of jammy dark fruit and dried herbs. Long finish. This is a really big, jammy, extracted cab.

On night two, this wine was much less jammy, and more balanced and integrated than on the first night.

90 points on night 1; 92 on night 2. A good example on the benefits of decanting.
